HeyPeers - Where Peers and Support Groups Connect - Has a wide variety of chat rooms for varying mental health issues. Chat rooms all have a facilitator to ensure the chat rooms are a safe space.

https://www.mooddisordersottawa.ca - Mood Disorders Ottawa Mutual Support Group (MDO) is a peer-run volunteer organization. It offers a variety of services like in-person support groups as well as courses like the Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Pathways to recovery.

https://www.pso-ottawa.ca - Offers a variety of services such as peer support groups, wellness recovery workshops as well as services for family members of people dealing with mental health challenges. The also host a drop in lounge at the Bronson Center for socializing and peer support in a non-judgmental way, whether you need a computer, want to play a game of cards, check out our small library, or get some one-on-one peer support from a trained peer support volunteer.
